1) Wodleague’s Winter online Challenge (wodleague.co.za and @wodleague_sa)

9 min Amrap:

6 Snatch

3 Over dumbbell burpees

6 Snatch

6 Over dumbbell burpees

6 Snatch

9 Over dumbbell burpees

6 Snatch

12 Over dumbbell burpees

…… Continue with same reps on the snatch and increasing over dumbbell burpees by 3. * Dumbbell weight – 22.5kg male / 15kg female

* Dumbbell snatch (any snatch) from the floor, Must be alternating!

* Burpees standard – Chest flat on the floor, both feet must clear the dumbbell, 2 feet takeoff!

* Continue increasing burpees by 3 reps every round until the 9min cap!

Dave represented Africa as an Individual at the 2012 & 2013 Reebok CrossFit Games. Dave placed 2nd in the Mens 40-44 yrs at the 2018 Reebok CrossFit Games and 5th in 2019. He has coached a number of athletes to Regionals, including Eva Thornton to the Reebok CrossFit Games (4th place Masters 45-49 yrs 2015 /12th place Masters 45-49 yrs 2017 / 1st Place “Fittest Women on Earth” for 50-54 yrs 2018).
