Dave Levey’s 2024 “GAMES BOUND” – PLEASE SCROLL DOWN FOR THE OVERVIEW:
A) We are holding 2 versions of this competition:
- Online Version (Worldwide) – 28 June (Fri) to 4 July (Sat) 2024 (8 DAYS)
- In-person Version at CrossFit Algoa – 28 June 2024 (Start time – 17:30)
B) DIVISIONS for:
- RX
- Intermediate
- Scaled
C) Two (2) person TEAMS can consist of:
- Male/Male or
- Female/Female or
- Male/Female
C) WORKOUT consists of:
- A 20 min Workout with 3 scoring opportunities that can easily programmed into a class
D) ENTRY FEE:
- R150 PER PERSON (Teams of 2 – R300/team)
E) PRIZES:
- IN-PERSON Competition – Product/Service Prizes for our RX Winners and PLUS LUCKY DRAW PRIZES!
- ONLINE competition – LUCKY DRAW PRIZE/S!
- NB – Prizes are NOT included for International Competitors.
F) NO VIDEO SUBMISSIONS OR JUDGES ARE REQUIRED FOR THE ONLINE VERSION!!

Dave Levey Games Bound 24 Scoresheets– Scoresheets Only (RX, Intermediate, Beginner)
1. The ONLINE COMPETITION …
Can be completed at any CrossFit Box or any other facility in the world. The Workout will be released by 12:00 Friday (28 June 2024) and you will have until 24:00 Saturday (4 July 2024) to submit your score!
Workout Duration is only 20 min consisting of 3 short workouts.
TIME: Fri JUNE 24 to Sat 6 JULY 24
ENTRY FEE: R150 PER PERSON (Teams of 2 – R300/team)
VIDEO SUBMISSION: No Video Submission Required and No Specific Judging Requirements
PRIZE/S: Lucky Draw for Participants in South Africa – TBA
2. The IN-PERSON COMPETITION …
TIME: 17:30 Fri – 28 JUNE 24
ENTRY FEE: R150 PER PERSON (Teams of 2 – R300/team)
- Early Bird entries to be in by Thursday 27 June 24:00, to be assigned heat times.
- Heat Times will be posted by 13:00 on Friday 8 June.
- LATE entries will be taken in at CrossFit Algoa on Friday and will slot in after the allocated Early Bird Entry Heat Times.
VENUE: CrossFit Algoa/AFL – 23A Frank Street, Newton Park, PE
*Food and Cabal Coffee will be on sale!
NB – Judges will judge all heats at the BOX COMPETITION
