Here is a Summary…You can enter in 2 way’s….

 

1. The ONLINE Competition …

Completed at any CrossFit Box/facility in the world.

The 2 WOD’s will be released on Mon (12:00 8 July 2019) and you will have until Mon (15 July 2019) 24:00 to submit your score!

ENTRY FEE – R100 PER PERSON (Teams of 2 – R200/team)

NB – Winners must film their workout (see video submission details at the link above or in bio).

2. The BOX Competition …

Takes place at CrossFit Algoa on Sat 13 July 2019 from 9:00.

Early Bird entries close 24:00 Thurs 11 July. Heat Times will be posted by 18:00 on Fri 12 July 2019. LATE entries will be taken in at CrossFit Algoa on Fri/Sat and will slot in after the allocated Early Bird Entry Heat Times.

Entry Fee is R200 per Team (R100 per person)

2 Person Teams with the following options:

1) RX DIVISION:

a) Male/Male Team

b) Male/Female Team

c) Female/Female Team

 

2) INTERMEDIATE DIVISION:

a) Male/Male Team

b) Male/Female Team

c) Female/Female Team

 

3) BEGINNER DIVISION:

a) Male/Male Team

b) Male/Female Team

c) Female/Female Team

 

PRIZES

Prizes will be given to 1st place in the RX’ED DIVISION for M/M; M/F and F/F 1st place finishers!

The RX BOX COMPETITION and the RX ONLINE COMPETITION will compete on the same leaderboard, for the same 1st place.

A select number of LUCKY DRAW PRIZES will be given for all divisions irrespective of your finishing position.

The BOX COMPETITION will also have a prize for the Best Dressed South African Theme!
