Foam Roll/Trigger/Warm-up/Mobilise/Activate
RX WOD
NB – EECC Athletes – complete the warm-up and only 2 Rnd’s of the following
1) Complete 7 x 3 minute Rounds of the following:
80 DU
15 m HS Walk
10 BB Facing Burpees
AMRAP Thrusters (43kg/30kg)
Rest 2 min
Score = Total Reps
NB – Athletes must scale so that they complete a DU amount that will be finished between 00:40 – 1:20 and they must choose a HS Walk and BBF Burpee amount that they will finished by 1:40 – 2:10.

LITE WOD

4 Wall Walks (or Scale to 15 m Bear Walk)
7 BB Facing Burpees (step up/down/over)
AMRAP Thrusters (30kg/20kg)

Score = Total Reps
NB – Athletes must scale so that they complete a SU amount that will be finished between 00:40 – 1:20 and they must choose a Wall Walk and BBF Burpee amount that they will finished by 1:40 – 2:10.

Anyone interested in following our AFL Competitors programming who is not a member of CrossFit Algoa can contact Dave on dave@algoacrossfit.com for details & fees. Dave represented Africa as an Individual at the 2012 & 2013 Reebok CrossFit Games. Dave place 3rd in the Mens 40-44 yrs at this years 2018 Reebok CrossFit Games and has coached a number of athletes to Regionals, including Eva Thornton to the Reebok CrossFit Games (4th place Masters 45-49 yrs 2015 /12th place Masters 45-49 yrs 2017 / 1st Place “Fittest Women on Earth” for 50-54 yrs 2018).
