20 Goblet Squats (24kg/16kg)
15 Pull-ups
100 DU
Score = Total Reps
Home-based – use a bag for the goblet squats; sub Pull-ups with Bent Over Rows with bag or 10 Burpees; Sub Jump rope with Jump Claps
LITE:
Int1 – 90 DU
Int2 – 80 DU
Int3 – 20/12kg; 12 PU; 70 DU
Beg1 – 16/10kg; 15 PU (P/G); 100 SU
Beg2 – 12/8kg; RR (1/0.5m); 90 SU
Beg3 – AMRAP 20; 8/5kg; RR (0.5/0m); 80 SU
then…
b) Complete 30 Turkish Get-ups (24kg/16kg) – but every time you break to rest, switch arms or fail, complete 5 KB/DB Facing Burpees
TC – 12 min
Score = Time/TC plus 1 sec/rep missed

Dave has qualified 6x for the CrossFit Games and has competed 5 times! He represented Africa as an Individual at the 2012 & 2013 Reebok CrossFit Games. Dave placed 2nd in the Mens 40-44 yrs at the 2018 Reebok CrossFit Games, 5th in 2019 and 6th in 2023 (45-49 yrs). He has coached a number of athletes to Regionals, including Eva Thornton to the Reebok CrossFit Games (4th place Masters 45-49 yrs 2015 /12th place Masters 45-49 yrs 2017 /1st Place “Fittest Women on Earth” for 50-54 yrs 2018).
