1) Completed 27 March 20 – see how you have faired over Lockdown!

 

Complete the CrossFit Algoa/AFL training Benchmark “LOCK-DOWN” for Max Reps…

AMRAP the following for 27 min:

3 Burpee Box Jump Overs (76cm/61cm) or Burpee Broad Jump (1.5m/1.24m)

20 SDHP (20kg/12kg)

20 DU

21 x 10 m Shuttle Run

 

Score = Total Reps

NB – 10m = 1 Rep

 

Equipment Options:

*Box or B/Broad Jump (stopper to stopper /1m)

*SDHP (BB/KB/DB/Ruck sack) – if you only have a 24 kg KB you can do 17 reps and 32kg 13 reps to equate on workload (20×20=400/24=16.6 reps) (400/32=12.5 reps)

*Skip rope or Jump Clap/Jump double clap

*Shuttle Run – 20x10m otherwise 40x5m

Anyone interested in following our AFL Competitors programming who is not a member of CrossFit Algoa can contact Dave on dave@algoacrossfit.com for details & fees. Dave represented Africa as an Individual at the 2012 & 2013 Reebok CrossFit Games. Dave placed 2nd in the Mens 40-44 yrs at the 2018 Reebok CrossFit Games and 6th in 2019. He has coached a number of athletes to Regionals, including Eva Thornton to the Reebok CrossFit Games (4th place Masters 45-49 yrs 2015 /12th place Masters 45-49 yrs 2017 / 1st Place “Fittest Women on Earth” for 50-54 yrs 2018).
