I started CrossFit in 2015 shortly before turning 39. I was a stay home mom and that was all I did. I didn’t want to end up looking like a lot of my older family members and friends who have curved spines, questionable health and can’t even walk a short distance without getting tired. I was looking for something to get me active, fitter and stronger.
I started as an intern-coach in January 2017 and in April 2017 I obtained my L-1 Trainer certificate. I love that anyone at any level can start doing CrossFit and can progress on their journey to getting healthier and fitter. My aim is to help ordinary people become more able and to help people see that they can improve their lifestyle and fitness starting where they are at. If I can do it, anyone can!
